We’re celebrating Matron Fine Beer’s sixth anniversary with Rodeo IPA.

Rodeo is an aromatic and juicy IPA, brewed in collaboration with Matron and Yeast Canada Innovations. This brew features Dolcita™ Spectrum as well as Citra and Krush™ LupoCORE™ – a brand new next-generation hop pellet solution. Fermented with Yeast Canada Innovations’ Haze Heaven, the resulting beer is luscious, smooth and tropical.
