Velvet Smooth

Introducing Velvet Smooth hazy IPA.

This IPA, brewed in collaboration with Merit Brewing and Yeast Canada Innovations, is all about experimenting with new, exciting products. Luminosa and Dolcita™ T90s were used in the whirpool and for dry hopping, and Motueka Amplifire™ Oil was added directly into the brite tank. This brew was then dosed with Peachy Keen Euphorics™ to add some punchy peach flavour.

Fermented with a Yeast Canada Innovations’ favourite, Haze Heaven, the result is a beautifully crafted, flavourful hazy IPA.
