Incognito is an all-natural liquid product that delivers variety-specific hops flavour with minimum waste. Specifically designed to be used in the whirlpool, Incognito delivers highly concentrated flavour with zero vegetative material, which means more efficiency, greater yield, less waste, and reduced shipping and storage costs. We currently have over 10 varieties in Incognito format.
SPECTRUM®
Spectrum is a 100% dissolvable liquid hops extract available in Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy & Eclipse varieties. It allows you to dry-hop your brew to achieve a substantial increase in yield, increasing overall beer stability, all while reducing tank turnover time. Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil highlights our New Zealand portfolio and is our water-soluble liquid dry hop or brite tank addition product. The product is designed to boost flavour and aroma as well as beer yields and is super easy to use. It is also a great product for hop water.
HopAid® Antifoam
HopAid is a natural, hop-based product that helps reduce foam formation during the fermentation process with both top- and bottom-fermented brews. That can help you brew more efficiently, and increase your fermenter capacity by up to 20%, giving you more beer to sell and less stuff to clean up.

LupoMAX®
LupoMax enriched hop pellets are a concentrated natural hop product that provides all the hop flavour and aroma, without the vegetal and grassy attributes that can sometimes distort the flavour profile of your brew. Produced under a strict production process to preserve sensitive flavour components of the hops, LupoMax is generally added late in the kettle boil, to the whirlpool, or as a dry-hop addition during fermentation/maturation.
T45 PELLETS
T45 concentrated hop pellets use a different production process to offer increased lupulin gland component compared to standard T90 pellets. In practical terms, this means a more concentrated “punch” of hop flavour, with lower wort losses and increased yields—giving you more sellable beer from each batch.
