Huell Classic

Huell Classic is a newly bred variety carrying the previous breeding number of 2013/017/107. This variety encompasses many years of research from the Hop Research Center in Huell to increase the climate-resistance of this variety. This isn't the only feature of this variety. After many brewing trials, this variety performs in delivering the traditional noble hop aroma that the hops of the Hallertau are known for. Use as a replacement for traditional German hops like Hersbrucker, Perle and Tradition, to name just a few.
