This Pacific Ale pounds the sand with a hop combo of Spectrum (derived from the quintessential Aussie strain Galaxy), a new varietal called Eclipse, and a revolutionary new Spectrum dry hopping liquid as well as a splash of HopAid antifoam and a dash of a new 100% hop-based haze stabilizer HopHaze.

The resulting brew brings out Galaxy’s vibrant tropical fruit and citrus notes and Eclipse’s fresh pine and zesty sweet citrus for a juicy, light, and sessionable brew that brings the southern surf and hop fields of Australia to the pacific northwest. Paddle out and ride the ’Wave.
