Observation Strata IPA

Observation Strata is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with Strata. This is a collaboration with Third Moon Brewing, Hops Connect Canada and Yeast Canada Innovations using our finest 2023 Strata hops and Yeast Canada’s Saturated NEIPA yeast. We taste the whole strawberry patch in this glorious single-hop display along with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit!
